OPERATORS
$16 - 24 per hourRequirements
- Must possess a good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to think logically/follow instructions
- Good hand/eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills
- Must comply with Two Rivers’ safety rules and regulations at all times
Education/Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Some equipment operating experience preferred

Millwright Maintenance Technician
$20 – $35 per hourRequirements/Skills
- Assemble and install equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, position parts, and set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts by using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Align machines and equipment by using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, tape measures/micrometers
- Good knowledge of machine maintenance required, including the ability to read blueprints
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must comply with Two Rivers’ safety rules and regulations at all times
Education/Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Millwright Maintenance required -OR- 2-year degree from an industrial maintenance program

Electrical Maintenance Technician
$20 – $35 per hourRequirements/Skills
- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, including automation programs and applications required
- Inspect, assess, troubleshoot, service, repair, and calibrate all electrical components on all Two Rivers equipment, including power feed to the facility at all times
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to properly install electrical parts and troubleshoot equipment
- Must be a problem solver by analyzing and evaluating daily electrical input/output on all equipment, including the facility
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must comply with Two Rivers’ safety rules and regulations at all times
Education/Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Electrical Maintenance required -OR- 2-year degree from an electrical maintenance program
